The Antéfocus model was the first creation made by Dominique Imbert in 1967 for his personal use.
This is the origin of the Gyrofocus (1968) and of the entire Focus range, hence its name.
More than 50 years after its creation, the Antefocus is still reproduced individually, by hand, with exposed welds and exclusively in waxed finish.
